If I want to use Mutual Fund Services, is it necessary to become a member? You must be a member of National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC) in order to have access Mutual Fund Services. If
your firm is not a member, please refer to the information in the Membership and Connectivity section of this Web site. If you are a current member of NSCC, please contact your relationship manager for assistance.
Where can I find the fees/costs for a particular product? Please refer to the Fee Schedule that outlines the cost for each service. The fee schedule can be found in the Products & Services section of this Web site.
How can I find out which distributors and funds are NSCC members? Please refer to the Contact List which is broken out by distributor and by fund company. You will need Adobe® Acrobat® Reader®
4.0 or later versions to view and print the list. The contact list can be found in the Participant Services section of the
Web site. How will my trading partners know that I am utilizing Mutual Fund Services? NSCC will issue an Important Notice (Subject Line: Change in the List of Participants), notifying the industry of any changes or additions to our Participant
base. We supply a Contact List, which is updated periodically with this information. We always suggest that you contact your
trading partners and inform them of your new status.
How is holiday processing handled? Please refer to the Holiday Processing Schedule in the Products and Services section of this Web site for details. DTCC will issue an Important Notice approximately one
week in advance of any holiday. The notice will outline the time frames for processing and settlement for each of our products.
As an example, the subject line will be titled: Veteran’s Day Processing.
Please be aware that settlement will not occur on a Bank Holiday. If a firm indicates settlement on a bank holiday, NSCC will
reject the file and return it to the firm to correct the date.
How can I participate in Mutual Fund Services? If you are an existing NSCC member, contact your relationship manager. If you are not a member, please contact Mutual Fund

What can I do if my trading partners do not utilize the mutual fund service I use? Please contact your relationship manager to discuss the possibilitiy of that fund company or distributor participating in
our services.
